Here's what to know before bringing your properties into BALAY.

Can I really manage three units for free? +

That's the planned Free tier. The app is currently an evolving front-end prototype; production accounts and subscriptions aren't live yet.

Does BALAY automatically fetch Meralco or Maynilad bills? +

Not yet. BALAY's current utility workflow supports recording bills and meter readings. Direct provider synchronization would require authorized integrations.

Is BALAY a downloadable mobile app? +

BALAY is designed as a Progressive Web App (PWA). Once hosted with its manifest and secure HTTPS connection, supported devices can add it to their home screen.

Can my caretakers access it too? +

Caretaker roles are part of the intended Plus workflows. Secure multi-user authentication and permissions still require the production backend.
